This was an impeccable hotel experience. An amazing value for the money. The hotel is gorgeous; every detail was thought of. The onsen is wonderful, the staff friendly and kind. The food at breakfast was delicious. I wish every hotel experience was this good. 10/10!

The hotel was very clean, modern and super close to universal studios. They also have a ticketing office and large buffet. I just wish they would have assisted me with my luggage. They had luggage carts but I was stuck having to take it up to my room. Also, the coffee shop did not open till 8:00am, so I had to wait to buy my coffee.
