Great experience overall. The hotel room had everything we needed including a microwave oven and a washer-dryer machine. Super specious. The location was not bas (about 10 minute walk from a station). In general we enjoyed it as it made us feel like we had our own little apartment in Osaka.

The location was great! The rooms really needed updating carpets were very dirty and walls needed painting or cleaning. Although the lobby looked modern and clean. Only 1 restaurant for breakfast.

Very nice, clean comfortable hotel. Good dining options in hotel it was great being connected to large subway station but like stepping into another world once you went up one floor

Staff incredibly polite and courtious. Very spacious. Exceptional views. Location A+ on the river with walking and bike trails steps away. Shuttle service to airport and train station efficient and effective.
