Lower Manhattan Kid friendly Holidays

Awesome location, staff was excellent accommodated every need we desired, the room and hotel were very clean, very modern. Will definitely stay there again, as far as we're concerned the best kept secret and lower Manhattan.

The customer service by the staff is consistently of a high standard. The porters and storage staffare especially helpful and knowlegeable. The hotel is very conveniently located with decent amenities.

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms were modern, clean, with very comfortable beds. The bathrooms were also in like new condition, with great water pressure and plenty of towels. The staff goes out of its way to help travelers, and helped us several times on our trip. The property is in a good, busy, safe neighborhood with quick access to the subway and tons of restaurants nearby.

This room was actually an apartment, with a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a dining/living room area (with a TV and a record player with several vinyl records) and a bedroom. There were more closets than my house! It was immaculately clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The check-in process was so easy. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who is staying in NYC. For reference, this place was about 1400 ft² and there was a hotel a block and a half away that has rooms that are 196 ft² and those tiny rooms were 5 times the price of this one!
