The resort needs more daytime entertainment. More atmosphere eg…. Singers during the day, activities by the pool.

We had a great 5 days at Malolo island resort. Staff was excellent, happy, friendly and helpful, particularly restaurant staff who made us feel super special. The whole atmosphere made us smile even on slightly cloudy days. Food was great, we ate mostly seafood and it was fresh and tasty in all three restaurants. We enjoyed the best hot stone massage in the spa to relief muscle tensions from travel. Had a great snorkelling trip to Tavarua to see turtles and giant clams, luckily it was just the two of us in the sea with the guide on a perfect sunny day. Last night was my wife’s birthday and it was crowned with a stunning (and huge) seafood platter finished with a surprise cake and live bands happy b’day performance. A truly fantastic home away from home, perfect for winding down, enjoying turquoise sea, calm ambiance and chill.

Really the only feedback i have is that there should be a nightly activity. But seriously if thats all that i can offer thats not a big deal. Solo traveller, made me feel special and welcomed when wanted and left me alone when i wanted. Perfectly relaxing. Safety is their top priority and appreciate all the extra efforts in ensuring that for all guests. Massage was amazing and can day enough about the bar staff. Vinaka for a relaxing few days!

Friendly staff, extremely clean amenities and quiet and serene spot. If you want to have a serene and calming vacation spot, this is it! I will be back for sure.

Staff, food and amenities really good. Had a great experience.

We recently stayed at Radisson Blu Fiji as a family of four. Overall we had a nice stay, but there were a few areas that were disappointing compared to other resorts we’ve stayed at in Fiji. On arrival the experience felt a little underwhelming. We noticed other guests being offered welcome drinks and cold towels, but we were not, which didn’t make for the warm welcome we expected. The pool facilities are fantastic and definitely a highlight of the resort. The activities team were wonderful and really took the time to engage with the kids, and the water sports crew were great fun. Unfortunately, the food was underwhelming, especially after previously staying at the InterContinental Fiji where the dining was far superior. We also experienced confusion around the 20% discount we were told about at check-in for food, beverages and spa treatments. It wasn’t clearly explained that this only applied to certain items, and when we queried our bill we received different information from different staff members. Based on our calculations we should have received around $100 FJD back but were only refunded $50 FJD. Another disappointment was returning to our room at 8:30pm one evening to find it hadn’t been serviced. We were offered for someone to come at that time but there wasn’t really an apology. While the resort has great facilities and excellent activity staff, clearer communication and more consistent service would have made the stay much better.

The holiday was relaxing with a quiet view over the garden dens

My husband and I traveled to Fiji from Sydney and stayed for 5 nights at the Hilton. We booked a beachfront room- the view from the room was amazing. The resort has a spa, gym, 3 main restaurants and 1 for snacks. There is a buggy service through the resort every 5 minutes, since the resort is around 2.5 km big. This service makes moving around very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The spa services and food were on the expensive side, but that’s how everything on Denarau Island is. We would highly recommend a stay at the Hilton.

They need to pay me for a review.
