Nanuku was a beautiful resort. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Their amenities and activities were very nice and enjoyable. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the food. My husband and I did not particularly like any of the food we had eaten. Everything had the same overall taste.. not sure if they use the same seasoning in each dish.. but the food we had in Fiji in a different resort the previous week was by far better with no comparison. I would say Nanuku’s kitchen cooking crew needs to be completely updated. Their menu items have potential, but the actual food flavor is memorably not satisfactory. Waitresses were very kind.

Beyond our best expectations. Staff were amazing - they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. It was a very quiet, small boutique resort - very decent sized pool. Would absolutely staff again.

Some Staff were not as attentive as others. Aaron was our server who stood out amongst them all..there was this young lady whom we gave our order ti. She turned around and left, making us think she took the order. 1 hr later o went to the front to order something quick since my son was hungry..voilaaaaa!!! No order was given to the kitchen for a chicken lasagna…OMGEE! That was very dissapointing… 2. Servers were passing by seeing our table was full of dirty dishes..no one even bothered to collect them…Is it because we were Fijian??? Treat all your customers the same, regardless of race, color or gender.. coz you never really know where they are from…. For a five star hotel, well known to the world, your waitresses and waiters can do better!

Even better than the photos. Gorgeous location, friendly staff, amazing amenities. Couldn’t ask for more. The hospitality is next level too.

Some Staff were not as attentive as others. Aaron was our server who stood out amongst them all..there was this young lady whom we gave our order ti. She turned around and left, making us think she took the order. 1 hr later o went to the front to order something quick since my son was hungry..voilaaaaa!!!
