Pacific States Kid friendly Holidays

Property was well maintained. Pool was on the smaller size. Gym was average. Breakfast was okay didn’t really care for breakfast sandwiches. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beach was in walking distance that was very convenient. Loved that the shuttle for our tours picked us up right in front of our hotel very convenient. 🙂

Excellent, helpful staff from the minute I exited my car. Staff during breakfast couldn’t be any more nice nor friendly. We had an amazing time. Beach access was literally across the street, with great beach amenities. Just a tip, cheaper to purchase chairs and umbrella from a small beach front store than beach rental place.

We had asked for 2 rooms that were closer to each other, while we were provided with 1 room around checkin time- the other room was not given to us almost 1.5 hrs later to the checkin time. The property overall is good and the experience was great! But the checkin experience left a bad taste. With long flights and tiring journey, we expected to have our rooms available atleast when the checkin time arrives.

Dont want to leave a bad review but im not sure if its the bed sheets or what. Me n my girlfriend woke up to some bites in our body but other then that everything else was good. Just bummed i didnt get to connect my console to the WiFi.

Staff was friendly and helpful, making checkin/checkout a speedy process. The amenities are open til midnight and the room was spacious and clean. Shower pressure could have been improved but easy to overlook with the various other pros. Easy walk to Disney (12 min walk) and was great to be able to come back in the middle of the day for breaks. Also easy access to plenty of food options. Highly recommend.
