Great in most aspects except no room clean service after the first night.

Receptionist Ricardo was so nice and very friendly., we got upgraded to the best suite

this hotel is very clean, safe area, and excellent staff. There are many quality, restaurants, beautiful shops, great bars, and the suites are all comfortable. there is so much to enjoy in this hotel that you don’t need to really go anywhere else.

We absolutely loved our stay this weekend! The room was spotless and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax right away. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help with anything we needed. The amenities were well-maintained and exceeded our expectations, adding an extra touch to the experience. Overall, everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Shops & restaurants are right there. Walked to the Sphere through the walkway and never had to go outside. We enjoyed the "show" of the Sphere at night from our bedroom with the best graphics!
