This apartment is in a great location for walking into town. It takes about 10 minutes and the walk back is up hill. The apartment itself was very clean and we made use of the washer and dryer.

Amazing view (room 11). Staff were excellent and helpful, room was clean and had everything you need.

The amenities we far more limited than expected. No AC, TV, microwave and rather primitive

Clean room, nice hotel 15 min walk from town. Roof terrace with the lake views is only open for events. That was a bit dissapointed.

Safe clean friendly place

A beautiful hotel on the lakes edge. Rooms were spacious, the view was incredible, they had a great breakfast selection, carpark was just across the road. Only thing was, it’s a slight drive out of Queenstown, but very close to airport. There is the option of the water taxi which runs every hour and picks up straight out the front of the hotel. $10-$14 one way

Upgraded to an incredible apartment with all you could need including washer dryer! Nice lobby bar didn’t try restaurant
