The hotel is very nice. Staff is good at accommodating needs. The brunch is fantastic. I wish the restaurants outside of the hotel were a little nicer. Food that we had was good though

I was deeply impressed by the kind service of the staff during the check-in process. The access to Central Park made it very suitable for a walk, and the view from the room was also excellent.
