We’ve got a free upgrade to poolside room. Kid loves the pool area. All bellmen are very nice and helpful.
The front desk girls are quite cold-faced though. We messaged ahead of time saying estimated arrival time around 11am. They just replied they will try to accommodate our requests. However, when we got there 11am, the front desk girl was about to charge us 50 usd early check-in fee as it was before 12pm?! I know such fees exist by book but I travel all the time and I’ve actually never been asked to pay early check-in. They could have told me ahead of time so I could have planned ahead.

The Resort Towers have been updated nicely. We were happy with our strip view room. Excalibur has a great location for exploring the strip. It was family friendly, as we took our 3 children.
