Central Thailand Kid friendly Holidays

This was my first time staying here and I come to Bangkok monthly for business/ They are very friendly and helpful. Its a a goo location with a 7-11 at the end of the drive way and lots of food options. I would stay here again for sure. They were also very helpful during the flooding of Bangkok trying to help get me to the airport on time.

The hotel is in an amazing location. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are very clean and spacious. Even though it’s on Sukhumvit, the room was also very quiet.

This hotel is beautiful and clean. The pool is very nice, as well as the fitness center. While staff are friendly, there were a few things that made our stay just okay. We splurged to stay here and have a relaxing few days in Bangkok. When we checked in, we confirmed that we wanted a king sized bed, and they also told us where and the timings for breakfast. However, we found that we had twin beds instead. After many phone calls, they wouldn’t move our room and insisted on placing a mattress cover over the 2 beds to make it one. We stated that we didn’t want this and to leave it as is, but they did it anyway when we were out of the room. We weren’t offered anything for this inconvenience. When we showed up to breakfast, we were told that it wasn’t included. Usually, when breakfast isn’t included, they tell you this at check-in and also state how much it would be to add it. Finally, there are people who work at the hotel and constantly try to get you to join a talk from 10:00-11:30 about the hotel. After which, you can get some credit and a limo ride to the airport. Even after stating we didn’t want to give up time to attend, people would literally chase after us trying to talk us into it. I’ve stayed in Bangkok numerous times. There are nicer (and cheaper!) places to stay that don’t have this many inconveniences.
