Mexico and Central America Kid friendly Holidays

The food and cleanliness were legitimately awful. A half finished drink in our “VIP” room, skid marks on the bathroom toilet seat in our room, cockroach dead by the elevator, and had to grab 5 plates from the buffet line to get a clean one. One plate had a hair on it. The door was the worst I’ve had in Mexico. And I’ve spent nearly a month there across 3 trips this year. The staff was kind at the front desk. The outdoor staff were nice enough. Thank goodness we only stayed one night. I cannot believe this outranks Seadust and Haven! Not even close.

Our group stayed at Royal Solaris, Cancun to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The resort itself is spotless! clean rooms, beautiful pool areas, and well‑maintained facilities. But what truly sets this place apart is the people. Edgar was exceptionally amazing; his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a huge difference for our family. We needed a small private space for a birthday gathering, and not only did the team accommodate us, they provided even more than we expected. Lupita and Alan were also incredible, warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our celebration special. Across our seven rooms, every member of staff we encountered was helpful, friendly, and ready to assist at any moment. Their hospitality was breathtaking and deeply appreciated. The resort gave us a beautiful experience, unforgettable memories, and a celebration that felt complete. We will definitely be visiting again.

Very quite and relaxing resort. Good was great and our bedroom was always clean and tidy. Highly recommend to go with your partner or family.
