Austrian Alps Kid friendly Holidays

The hotel was pleasant, and the room was clean and had a small kitchenette. The bed was comfortable. However, we found the name “Deluxe Apartment” a little misleading. There was a photo of a duplex apartment on our booking confirmation, so we thought that was the Deluxe Apartment we had booked — we were expecting a “wow!” Unfortunately, our room was not the duplex one😂 The area was quiet and peaceful, and it’s a beautiful neighborhood. Free parking was available around the hotel, which was very convenient.

Room very spacious and staff super nice

We had a very comfortable stay in Vienna. The room was quite large compared with some of the other places we stayed during our trip, and it was clean, comfortable, and felt recently updated. The room did have air conditioning, although it struggled to keep up with the higher-than-normal temperatures during our stay. The hotel is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood and worked very well as a base for exploring the city. After staying in a few places with challenging staircases, having elevators to the fourth floor was definitely appreciated! One feature we especially liked was the option to skip daily room servicing in exchange for a drink. Since we normally decline housekeeping during shorter stays anyway, it was a nice little perk. The staff was friendly and efficient, though fairly businesslike. Overall, the hotel was well maintained, comfortable, and a good choice for our time in Vienna.

The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bedding was crisp and the bed comfortable. Air conditioning worked well considering Vienna had a heat wave of 34/35 C. Garage was very clean and convenient to the elevator to the hotel. Would stay here again.

The staffs are really good, they are easy to talk to when assistance is needed. The breakfast is very good, all staff are great offer and made good coffee, the chef offer good cooked food👍
