Everything was good clean apartment
The View is amazing.. the only complaint we have is the reception at the building was rude and not helpful she said her name was Virginia.

The staff were very helpful, and the room upgrade made our stay much more comfortable. I had called ahead to let them know I would be traveling with my mother, who is elderly and sensitive to noise, and they were very accommodating. Although there was a slight miscommunication at first, the front desk receptionist handled it professionally and made our stay very pleasant.
Breakfast was great, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is FABULOUS! It is so clean, beautiful and feels like true luxury. The little touches and details, all of the plants and greenery, the ultra comfortable BEDS, everything is wonderful. I really enjoyed the pool/sauna and fittness room- they felt like a club you would pay to access, these were the nicest hotel amenities I have ever experienced. Staff is extremely professional and friendly, from turn down service, to cool eco-friendly touches, a clean & modern yet warm environment, I loved everything about this place. The location is also fabulous- in a really safe and tourist friendly location, and easy to get anywhere in the city, lots of main things within walking distance.

Great location. Close to public transport. Staff were friendly.
The apartment though is in need of repair. The shower dripped most of the night. There were holes in the plaster throughout. Walking around felt weird as the floor was quite uneven. Having said that, I wouldn’t hesitate in staying there again.
