Nice comfortable room in a good location, but the bathroom was strange. Sliding walls to close it off were cumbersome to use. This could have been designed better. Lights are a bit of challenge as they are push buttons that down always click…. Shower was lovely and bed was very comfortable. Older building with single pane windows that let all the outside sound in - I could hear the pigeons outside and garbage pick up (which seems to be every night between 3:00 and 5:00 am). Location is awesome - as long as you want to be right in the middle of town. Appreciated the laundry but needed cash (A$) to get coins from front desk. Could not charge to credit card.

The unit was clean, in good condition, and the bed was comfortable. Instant coffee, teabags, sweeteners, and milk were available in the room along with an electric kettle. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety including made to order eggs, very tasty. Check in and out was simple and quick, staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

My fave second home in Melbourne. Easy access to trams, trains, food options. Quiet, walkable.

Great location. Close to public transport. Staff were friendly. The apartment though is in need of repair. The shower dripped most of the night. There were holes in the plaster throughout. Walking around felt weird as the floor was quite uneven. Having said that, I wouldn’t hesitate in staying there again.

We loved the room and spa. My kids were really happy. Would definitely love to come back.

Hotel Indigo is affordable, centrally located and the rooms have everything you need for a short or long term stay. The aesthetic is funky but practical and the blackout blinds made my sleep 10 times better. I've stayed here more than once and I'll definitely stay in the future as well.
