No towels in the pool. No slippers or toothbrush if required. No coffee machine. All of these available in other comparably priced hotels. A security deposit against damage is unacceptable. Nobody else does it and even though the delay in returning,
Is within a few days of checking out, it is still unacceptable.
That aside the room we had was large but looking a little worn. I would not return.

The apartment was great. I wish I’d been there a little longer.
I had some problems at check in but it got sorted in the end. The guy at the desk did his best.
