Northern Suburbs Kid friendly Holidays

The location is excellent. Check in was smooth and front of desk pleasant. Good Wi-Fi. Good hot water. Nice shampoo conditioner. Good towels. Small kitchen with hobs, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Wi-Fi was good. There are 2 tvs but not much in the way of change. I only cared about the news so it didn’t bother me. I was happy to get a later check out. Several cons. The room was not v clean. Lots of dust and dirt. Hobs need a good clean. The bed is v comfy and sheets nice but it is 2 singles pushed together so not a king. The pool was open on day 2 of my 3- day visit but the spa was not open and this was never relayed before check in. The room I had was v noisy since it faces a busy street so if you stay here ear plugs a good idea.

Lovely lovely property - beautiful location, amazing property beautifully restored, appropriate amenities and super super conveniently located. And the staff were really kind. And the rooftop bar is special!

Fabulous location, very comfortable, would recommend

The view was spectacular. Could not get better! We didn’t want to leave it - even to go on our harbour cruise. Rooms were clean and modern and the beds were so comfortable. The Shower in the main bathroom was tiny and there was built up grime around the bottom of the shower door and under the sink benchtop. The kitchen was well equipped and clean, so overall the apartment felt very clean. Concierge was just lovely and could not have been more welcoming and supportive, bringing ice to our room and suggesting places to visit and eat. Spa, sauna and pool were a bonus on our last morning. We were able to cut through the four seasons down to Circular Quay, which was also handy. So close to everything too! We were all so impressed and will definitely recommend to our friends and family. Noisy rooms, with the noise of the pub getting into our room. Double glazing would help -- I expected more, given the tariff I paid. Note that you're coming here purely for the location. The hotel is nice, but it's not a bargain, nor even good value.

Didn't know how to turn air conditioner down

Location is perfect for business travel. You definately get more than you pay for.
