Noisy rooms, with the noise of the pub getting into our room. Double glazing would help -- I expected more, given the tariff I paid.
Note that you're coming here purely for the location. The hotel is nice, but it's not a bargain, nor even good value.

Beautiful stay! Great location across the road from the beach. Great hotel amenities - room service, onsite restaurants, pool. Rooms are a little small (especially bathroom), but we loved our ocean view balcony room. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Room clean. Outdated. Permanent stains on table and in bath tub I suspect as opposed to not being clean. Good bathroom amenities. Poor coffee making amenities. Overall good stay. Would stay again if in the same areas.

Really convenient location, close to the beach and lots of cafes and restaurants.
The gym is very small and the walls between the studio rooms are very thin because the TV in the neighbours room was extremely loud
