The room was clean and comfortable the water pressure for our shower was amazing! Beach is right across the street. We did not have an Ocean view but we didn’t go to spend time in our room so it didn’t matter. A little disappointing that when we wanted to unwind and have drinks on the roof the drinks had to come from the 1st floor so it took forever. But I would recommend staying there!

Location and view is excellent.
Staff unfortunately needs training in "hospitality" - unfortunately the manager himself was the most rude person!
Ladies at the reception were very nice and valued customers more than anyone else. The breakfast was great but the staff was not welcoming (thus lowering the rating despite of good food selection and quality). As such, this place has a great potential if management can pursue what is called a "positive attitude" towards their guests.

The view of Copacabana Beach was spectacular! The view of the city and even Sugar Loaf in the distance. Roof top bar/restaurant very nice too, right next to the infinity pool. We had room 2007 on the 20th floor. Breakfast buffet excellent too! Lots of items.
