Stay here often, great hotel. Shuttle is convenient but the hotel staff doesn’t usually know where the shuttle is or when and where it will be arriving at the airport.

The suite was very functional with a separate sitting room and two televisions. It was a corner suite with good window views. The room and furniture were dated and needed a refresh. The toilet constantly needed attention as it constantly ran. It was a terrific location for downtown Toronto. The staff were friendly and professional and assisted when requested. The room was cleaned every second day. Overall it was satisfactory

There was a strike outside that I was not told about until after I paid. It took four hours to get back into the hotel everytime I stepped out. Hotel manager was so rude about it when I asked for waived fees.

The room was clean and tidy. Two of the plugs didn't really work, one especially near the bed, which didn't help when I'm using it to charge my phone. The showers have a limiter on it so the water pressure is horrendous. The room was smaller than most rooms at this price point. The amenities were okay, the gym was better than most hotel gyms. Though would of love to have some kind of upstairs patio bar or pool like most hotels. Overall the rooms where nicely decorated. Comfy bed and friendly staff.

Bad entertainment in lounge. In room, computer lighting in bedroom (both pads) do not work. Coffee maker does not work. No power outlets on desk or near desk.
