Beautiful hotel, centraly located. They respond quickly to any request but not always able to help. I explained to them my own disappintment and they responded by promising to try to get better. Will see next time.

The bedroom lights should be better improvised as it really hurt our eyes laying in bed, it shines directly onto the eyes . In my opinion it should be shined on the walls to create textures and a good ambience. Overall , it’s good just that we had bad experience with the lighting and hope it can be improved by their execellent team.
