The Tanoa was an amazing hotel to stay at. The staff there were the best we experienced in our 5 different stays on this trip - so helpful, happy and accommodating. The breakfast included was second to none. The only downside was the pool closing early and the parking in the back of the hotel - the road in needs repair.

Room 101 that was given was pretty run down. The toilet was still dirty with stains from the pervious person who had been staying there but luckily I had my own cleaning supplies to clean it.

The Tanoa was an amazing hotel to stay at. The staff there were the best we experienced in our 5 different stays on this trip - so helpful, happy and accommodating. The mattress is not so fantastic (old and makes a lot of noise) and cleaning is not done routinely. They clean only on request. This is contrary to my experience in the hotels back home in Nigeria, where cleaning is routine.

"This was a last minute booking made when our preferred booking was cancelled, after being confirmed more than three months earlier, apparently due to overbooking???
