Good food clean rooms and friendly staff

Small elevators, lines waiting to get on the elevators. Major distraction.

This was a nice hotel. Good location. The only issue we had was the lack of toilet paper! For hotel that size not to have paper on any of the cleaning trolleys was very odd. They were waiting for a delivery, It ended up us scratching around in the public toilets to find some!!

They were painting all of the hallways and doors in the middle of check in time on a busy weekend. Wet paint everywhere and got on my clothes. The air conditioner is broken but thankfully the windows open so it was enough to keep it cool. I also found 8 open safety pins on the carpet in the middle of my room and the sink faucet was in pieces in the sink. Otherwise the room was clean, great view of Christ church and the staff was friendly.

Property was very clean, very well located to restaurants and dockside. Staff was really nice. The one thing is, it's kind of an old building so there's no ventilation or air conditioning, but the balcony door is open enough to provide some air in the room has a fan. I know historically there has been no need for air conditioning, but these days there is
