Second manager gave us 2/7 nights in a decent room but I still had to call to get a rollaway bed because there were 5 of us and he put us in a room with two beds. No community coffee. $9 for a cup. No microwave in your room. Have to go to 5th floor. Elevators are super crowded. I would never stay here again. There was a strong musty mildew smell as the rooms carpets were damp upon checking in. Despite airing out the room the offensive smell remained. Hotel staff were unable to relocate us to another room. Therefore the hotel received the fair rating. It’s conveniently located directly across from the beach and they have towel machines where you can take as many as you need but must return or charged. They also have beach chairs checked out by pool area on 3rd floor. The Kai Coffee is excellent and there is an ABC store on the property as well as free water fill up stations.
