Check-in staff needs to be more friendly. She looks annoyed when we got there and giving us attitude. Everything else was excellent.

Nice hotel but not quite 5 star, maybe 4 1/2. Shower water not hot. Buffet was small and coffee barely warm. Good location can easily walk to the mall. Lobby very nice. Rooms clean.

Not Recommended for Families or Non-Smokers Unfortunately, this was our first and last stay at this hotel. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the overall environment made the experience disappointing, particularly for families with children and anyone who does not smoke. The hotel is essentially centered around an open, wall-less casino that is heavily saturated with cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, the smoke does not stay confined to the casino. It permeates the common areas and even the dining facilities, making it difficult for non-smokers to avoid. If breakfast is included with your stay, you have to walk through the smoke-filled casino to reach the other hotel connected to the property. This creates an additional problem for families: anyone under 21 cannot enter the casino, so if you are traveling with children, you have to leave the hotel and take a shuttle van to the other property just to have breakfast. There were also several other inconveniences during our stay, including limited elevators with moderate wait times, clogged toilets, and limited dining options because outside food delivery is not allowed. To be fair, the hotel staff was friendly and courteous, which is consistent with the excellent hospitality we have experienced at many hotels in the Philippines. Unfortunately, the positive service could not overcome the hotel’s overall environment. I would strongly recommend considering another hotel.
