Was told twice that the room would cool down but even after having the a/c on all night the room was still 80f 27.5c in the morning. Extremely expensive hotel to spend the night suffering in heat. Front desk was nice. Nice staff.

It was a 20 minute train ride to Lucerne. The hot tub was closed. The rooms very plain looking. Breakfast was decent.
