Room was fine, staff friendly and helpful.
Issue was lifts when the hotel was busy, taking ages to get down to breakfast. One lift out of 3 was broken.
Noisy neighbours partying was dealt with and issue with noise the next night was also dealt with.

This is my 3rd stay at Rockford & I stayed here for 9 nights.
What I like is the location, not super central but close enough to everything. It’s quiet enough, minus the weekend nights but not too bad.
Staff are always great and were helpful. Room was always refreshed, would have thought halfway through new sheets would have been provided.

Excellent stay at the Adelaide Intercontinental. It has been a few years since my last stay at this hotel and while the room decor hasn’t changed, neither has the polite and courteous nature of the staff. From check in to check out, everyone was friendly and helpful. My room was large with a great sized desk for working. The bed was
comfortable.
The tram stop is conveniently located in front of the hotel and the train station is next door. I heard no noise from either.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
