Very disappointed - I do not recommend staying

The hotel pictures are not correct, they aren’t descriptive of the facilities that are accessible to guests. The first 5 pictures show access to a terrace which is actually part of their imperial suite. There is no terrace available to hotel guests. Using the spa facilities is charged at 20€ pp for ...

Everything was amazing from the room, to the staff, to the breakfast, to the spa, and dinner in the restaurant. They were very courteous, made sure we had directions, recommendations, everything refilled daily, and helped us get a taxi back to the airport during checkout. Highly recommend!
