The staff on front desk was amazing and so friendly. The hotel rooms were really clean and presentable. And the hotel itself was just immaculate. Breakfast was also perfect. 5 stars is not enough for how much we really enjoyed our stay here.

The room was spotless. The staff were courteous and friendly. I liked the 'Hugs' at breakfast. Francesco was always helpful. Amanni at reception was a big help with her recommendations. Maruzella and Venezia restsurants in area very good. Cafe San Pietro across street bad. Decor great but food and price not.

The cleanliness and location were very good. However, there is a lot of noise between the rooms. You hear all the sounds in the corridor or upstairs. The normal rooms are a bit small.

Great staff and service. We arrived a bit earlier, and I asked for an early check-in. The staff did everything to accommodate us. They offered us coffee and beverages while we were waiting for our room. The room was clean with a great view. They also sent us a cute little welcoming gift since my daughter and I were celebrating our time together. The staff helped us with restaurant reservations as well. The area is very safe and within walking distance to the Duomo. Highly recommend.
