Great hotel, immaculately clean, very helpful staff. Luggage forwarding service in reception every morning to send your baggage on. You're in the entertainment district so it's busy, a little noisy, but the location is great and there's lots around. Three stops from Shibuya, Shinjuku station will get you anywhere you need to be. Very much recommend if you are looking for a hotel in Shinjuku

The staff was very polite and attentive. The property was beautiful. Very close to subway and restaurants all within walking distance. We had a medical emergency and theywere very accommodating and helpful .

Overall, the property was nice and in a great location. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was as expected. The heating is over efficient and we did need the ac on at night to try to balance out the heat.
