We (family of four including two young kids) loved this hotel. The staff was very helpful from the minute we walked through the door. Not everyone spoke English but there are at least a few people on their staff who do; we did not have any issues. The entire hotel and our room was very clean. There is a 7-11 below the hotel which was extremely convenient. There are two subway stations within walking distance, and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel, worth every penny. Staff are very friendly and helpful, room lacked a bath but made up for it with a very nice and spacious shower stall, everything felt very modern. Location is also second to none, literally being right in front of Akiba station is a god send. I'll be back!
