Casa De Campo is a beautiful resort with good food

This place is amazing. Staff are friendly and very eager to make your stay comfortable. Hubby and I especially found Robinson, one of the staff to be an angel. Food options were amazing. Everything was excellent. I will definitely explore more excellence collections in my future trips.

Just spent a week at the mirage and have mixed feelings. My negative ratings are only for the hotel structure itself and the cleanliness of it. The hotel, although it is the newest of the three punta cana majestics, is in dire need of an update and the cleaning crew crew needs to do a better job. There was a roach on my daughter’s bed which is unacceptable for this kind of resort. The stairs around the adult and family sections were always dirty with some white stuff. The housekeeping was also bad. Left wet towels in my room due to an ac leak in my room. Overall cleanliness and up keeping of the resort is bad. Now to the staff. They get 6 stars. Starting with our butler Lisandro who did an AMAZING job-always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed and making sure everything was good. All the issues we had during our stay he quickly addressed. Lisandro is amazing and he was a pleasure to have with us. From the moment we checked in till the moment we checked out, Lisandro was taking care of everything CANNOT thank him enough for an amazing stay and for trying so hard to make sure we had a great vacation in spite of the negatives of the hotel. Rooms have a musty smell and Lisandro would come by every day to air it out and make sure it smelled great. Big shout out to Angel at the lobby bar. He was so friendly and welcoming and made the most amazing cocktails. Loved spending time with him. Overall service and staff is 10 out of 10. Staff goes above and beyond.

The property was clean and the staff were excellent. Some improvements, I think they should add an arcade and update the kids waterslide section with new and more slides.

Everything was good

Had a rough start to our trip. But they were able to make it better the next day. The rest of the trip was great. My daughter really had a memorable Sweet 16 Birthday Celebration. Will be visiting the property again in the future.
