check-in service was not impressive. Only paper cups available in the room. No slippers in the room. Room is clean and well maintained. No free bottle water provided. The resturant connected to the hotel for breakfast was not impressive. The food quality (Toast) was not good in the breakfast.

The hotel is old but locates in the most convenient area. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served at the Duke’s and Hula. I used 100 credit towards a breakfast at the Dukes. It was great!
