Tran, Chloe and the gentleman who greeted us on the 1st night were very friendly, helpful and excellent at their jobs. Top marks.
The accommodation is dated, and could do with the shower being fixed in Room 418 (it leaked onto the floor), but it was spacious and had everything we needed.
