As the name implies, the view of Asakusa Skytree and the surrounding city skyline was breathtaking. The staff and service experience were wonderful. We speak only some Japanese, but our experience was wonderful and the staff were able to communicate with us despite our limited Japanese. The property was in excellent condition, and we absolutely loved the breakfast buffet! There were many options, and again the service experience was superb. We walked to Sensoji temple and to the shopping (donqi and uniqlo) all within 5mins walk or less from the property, so the location was great for the area, and very close to the subway line connecting all.over tokyo. We would love to stay again the next time we are lucky enough to be traveling to Japan.

This is a very good Hôtel smack in the middle of Kabukicho. My room was clean, ready at check in and comfortable. while my room was “Tokyo-size” (smaller than most in US) everything worked and I appreciated having the small refrigerator. Kabukicho is safe, just loud and a little grimy. Shinjuku station is everything you have read - busy and convenient for getting anywhere in Tokyo.

"The room was tiny, which was as expected. The layout made good use of the space. Nice touch was the HDMI extension cable hanging out the of bottom of TV so you can use it with your laptop. If you put the eco clean sticker on your door they don't actually enter your room but leave bag on a hook outside ..."
