Very accessible, the comfort is fanatstic, very clean, helpful and friendly staff. Their breakfast buffet is wonderful. Our room was always clean and new pajamas every night! My husband and I had an amazing experience. Thank you so much!

Property was good. Staff was great, although it would have been better if they could speak better English. Breakfast buffet was average at best with very limited choices and very few tables with tower view. We stayed for 5 days and my daughters only ate breakfast here the first day, they skipped the last 4 days. For this reason, this hotel only deserves 3 stars from us.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Buffet bteakfast has variety to choose from, has traditional Japanese as well as western. Hotel amenities were good as well as service, however the hotel looks old and needs a revamp. Bathroom walls and floors have spills and splashes, cleaning could be better.
