Comfortable,clean,handy to beach and a few cafes.

Close to the beach , didn’t like the bedroom don’t have window and to many cockroaches, stayed for 4 weeks and killed about 5 big ones

Sometimes you just want to splurge a little on accommodation, so I went with a bit more upscale with Pullman Cairns International and selected a room with balcony and view of the bay. Room was clean and spacious, with a bathroom that had a bathtub and shower. A nice firm bed and plenty of flat surfaces to put your things. And with refrigerator too. Thank you to Larissa at the front desk for assigning me a great room that is quiet and comfortable that I didn't feel like going out (almost). Breakfast is buffet style and was $35AUD if you book it the day before, but it had many options. And well worth it if you want the convenience. Location is close to the pier (for Great Barrier Reef cruises, etc.), and within walking distance (10-20 minutes) to the night market, farmer's market and train station. Not to mention restaurants and stores nearby. Definitely worth a look for luxury and convenience.

Love love love this place and hotel. Attached to Nunu which is the restaurant I loved most and the most stunning location overlooking the beautiful ocean and palm trees. A gorgeous nook tucked into the most stunning pocket of Australia
