Great stay good staff . Only thing I didn’t like was the shower . They could be better as far as water pressure

MY wife and I stayed here for the second time. Amazing hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. Cleaning staff have great attention to detail. Great location, close proximity to Disneyland and restaurants. Shower not working on arrival, fixed same day we reported to staff. Only thing my wife and I were not overly happy with was the bar/room service menu. Not many options and prices are decently high for what you get. On top of resort fees the prices seem to be a bit too much. Will stay here again!

Great hotel! Walking to DL was a breeze. The staff was friendly, and our room was clean and spacious. I’m giving it one less star because the sliding bathroom door was a bit beat up and very difficult to open and close. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Room was great, clean. Appreciate the glass drinkware. So much better then paper cups!

The room was nice but the curtains had some stains on them. Additionally the overall fragrance they use in the room and hotel are to strong and irritated by allergies.

Everything was great

Room was clean and simple which was nice. The $10 per day parking is a little absurd when you consider the lot was full half the time and I ended up parking on the street anyway. Walls are very thin, could hear the occupant next door snoring all night.

We picked LA Crystal Hotel for our 3-day stay because of the location and price. We were on a family vacation (yeah, Universal Studios) and trips to the beaches. It is a good hotel with free parking and breakfast. The breakfast spread is really good though. Egg patties, waffles, toasts, coffee, juices, fruits, flavored yogurt, deli meat and muffins. With 2 hungry kids, this was a great option for us. The rooms are OK, nothing spectacular. There was enough privacy with no disturbance or issues. The AC stopped working 1 night, but they fixed it in half an hour. So, overall good for a family of 4 with kids as we were coming back to sleep every evening and quickly leave after breakfast
