"Great pool beautiful rooms very friendly staff"

"Do not stay here. This place does not look like the pictures. We checked in and immediately checked out. They still charged us a full three nights stay. And said I had to take it up with Expedia. Expedia told me to contact management since they’re the ones who charged me. When I contacted management, they said it’s not their policy to refund, or cancel within 24 hours of check-in. I told him how am I supposed to know how bad the place is 24 hours before I check in if I’ve never been there. And if your pictures represent one thing in and in real life, they’re completely different. They reluctantly agreed to reimburse me two nights out of the three. But I have yet to see any credit on my credit card. So basically they just lied to me to get me off the phone. This hotel has terrible customer service. And I would not recommend that anyone stay here."

"We had 7 guests for my daughter's 21st Birthday family wine-tasting weekend, and everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, loved the house and its location! The only disappointment we had was that we did not have enough time to enjoy the beautiful pool! But we enjoyed the jacuzzi and large living room a couple of times each day, laughing and sharing!!! The bedrooms are sized well and comfortable. The kitchen and everything in it were fabulous! The group couldn't say enough good things about this location and the house itself! There was a peaceful vibe, almost retreat-like! We hope to return! As the organizer, the owners and/or managers were so responsive and helpful! They were easy to work with and offered helpful suggestions!"

"What a gorgeous property and might I say one of the most well thought out houses! They even had kids plates and spoons, and a high chair! That was great!! The pool with the deck & yoga mats overlooking a lovely view was everything. The kitchen was labeled and extremely well equipped. High quality beds and bedding. The owners very easy to communicate and reach out to. Highly recommend this place! "

"Clean, quiet property. Gas fireplace made it cozy for the cool mornings. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Close to all the most interesting and beautiful wineries. Hosts were very responsive to any questions. Outdoor gas fireplace was great in the late afternoon for having a glass of wine. We highly recommend this property and will choose it again for any future stays. "
