The hotel had clearly been renovated, with modern fixtures and design. Breakfast was a great addition. The rooms were very noisy at night, with multiple doors “slamming” in the hallway throughout the late night and early morning. It seemed oddly loud for a hotel that didn’t seem that busy. Also, the hotel advertised a free airport shuttle. However, we had to ask twice to set it up and it ended up being a taxi that then up charged us for not having cash when we got to the airport. This property does not actually offer an airport shuttle and should better control the companies they work with. I would have just used uber.

Great location, helpful staff. Very clean room. Very pleasant breakfast . The only little negative, affected our first impression was the small lobby is being overcrowded during check in. Overall it is a nice and comfortable hotel.

This hotel was a great place to stay in. The property is well maintained and there is personal on site throughout the day and night. I booked the standard room: one which was 164sq ft and 194 sqft I beleive. Both rooms are not huge but decent size for just to sleep in. The room's Air condtioning was Great!! It kept the room cool and it also sprayed I feel like a scent and made the room smell good all the time. The shower's water pressure was great but it not a huge shower which can be hard with a toddler. However its great if you are just a single individual. The beds were super comfy and room was cleaned daily. The thing we loved the most was the breakfast!! It had cakes, cereal, cheese, yogurts, ham, eggs, bacon, vegatarian options, and a juice & coffee station. We felt satisfied every morning before heading out. Now location is great especially if you are traveling by train to other cities it is a 10 min walk to the Roma termini. Its about a 30 min walk to most tourist atrractions and if you are not a walker its 10 min walk to the metro! Overall great hotel and would stay here again!!

The staff were incredible. They are available to help with anything. The service throughout was top notch. The gym is brand new and high quality for a city gym, with all the equipment needed. Only slight downside was breakfast, it was pretty average, but it doesn’t take away from anything these. 5* throughout.

The location is great in the Termini train station area. The hotel has good family rooms, perfect refrigerator, and free breakfast. The staff is great-good value for one night stay.
