"This is a wonderful family run hotel, located in a quite residential area with free parking. The property is clean and tidy and with exceptional staff. It offers a beautiful and assortment of fresh baked goods for breakfast, the apple cake (torta di mele) was amazing. "This property was a diamond we found . The accommodations we above what we expected. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was a restaurant across the road which also was amazing . There is a beach within 10 min walking distance. This hotel is situated in a round about but with the windows closed you don’t hear much of anything . This is located halfway between Rome and Naples. Great place Lori ate parking. Dolce breakfast. "

"This hotel is well-located and easily-walkable to little shops and cafes. The price was fair for the room (and breakfast!) and we got a room with a balcony which was lovely. The staff was all super helpful and even accomodated our strange requests including helping me figure out how to use the washer/dryer. Thanks so much for a nice stay!"

"They let us check in early and helped us get a 2 hour taxi when the trains went on strike. Everyone was great. Dinner starts later so be prepared for most restaurants to open at 8 pm"
