Breakfast was good... better than out later stay at Park Plaza Waterloo. No big fancy lobby or usual larger check in desk, but modern smaller table with staff. They were already there and helpful. Pool was really nice. We his dinner there too twice and the food was excellent. The Bream worth veg. And beetroot lemon? Computer was amazing!!! Although beam was on the smaller side for a serving of fish at this price, but done well. Hot chocolate was nice and 'cocoay' . Good location for heading to kew gardens and into london. Great start to our vacation.!

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever been to! The staff were super helpful, the property and room were beautiful, and the amenities were great! It is also a very convenient location to get to a lot of fun areas of the city.

The room was small. In the sense that it is a children place, it should have been a little bit more space in the rooms. We stayed at the woodland village and got the room at the very end of the “village”. With three small kids it was too much walk. Also make sure before you arrive in which area you are staying. As we arrived at the legoland resorts , we got the information , that woodland village has another reception and it’s another area.
The playgrounds around the lodges are very nice.
But overall for 267€ for the night our expectations were higher. And also the breakfast wasn’t satisfying at all, we had to wait very long for getting it served and then it was too small portion.
