Check in has to be done via internet or phone on arrival and we sent an email but still had to check-in by phone once there & pay a bond which was not clear at expedia end. Clean and tidy. Overall everything is average.

Great location for events at the Convention Centre. Plenty of places to go in the evenings within an easy walk.

Easy check in and check out, neat and clean, quiet and awesome location in one of main street in south brisbane

The staff os very helpful and courteous. They are professional about their task given to them.

Not easily accessible as only entry for vehicles is in backstreet alley way for service vehicles for local bars, restaurants, etc.

Hotel was quiet and spacious. But wifi was terrible and room needs to be refurbished. But main concern was with check-in: it would have saved a great deal of stress and confusion if we’d been told the check-in procedures before beginning our trip - at least a day in advance. As it was, we arrived at the hotel with reception closed, no wifi, no phone linked to a local network. We were lucky to even get into the lobby. It was only through some creativity we were able to find out how to access our room key, and after a stressful period of uncertainty. This was not a good start to our stay.

Walking distance to shops, coles, restaurants, cafes and Uber wasn't expensive unlike other ares that have tolls.
