The property was good, but inside the room a lot of lights were not working, and the kitchen accommodations were not very convenient. The hardest part of our stay was on Saturday night early Sunday morning someone started screaming help on the top of their lungs and traumatized my children. We didn't look to see what was happening, but called the front desk twice. Once from my cell phone because the phone inside the bedroom would not work, and once from the living room telephone.

palms has always been my favorite! never lacked on cleanliness and all the staff were super nice. We got upgraded with a good deal. Will definitely return again. and again!!
