I think that the house keeping staff need better training
Three teabags for two people in the room not replaced stayed three nights.
Shower cap not replaced.
And the mug that i used was left dirty for three days

The Playford is a lovely hotel. Very comfortable room (New York Loft was superb), excellent breakfast and friendly staff (Bella was most helpful). The hotel has recently been refurbished and the pool/spa/gym reopened yesterday. Highly recommend and will return!
