Could use a chair in the room to sit on as there is nowhere to sit but that could be the idea.
Also need to have water in the room.
Could promote the breakfast a bit more when you book in.
Otherwise very pleasant stay.

The hotel was older and our room was on the main floor street which was noisy. Staff was just okay. No free bottle of water in the room.
Pool area was nice. Location was good. I think it would have been a better experience if we had a different room.

Large, clean well equipped room, staff on arrival were friendly. Hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and Elizabeth Quay.
Overall the hotel is very dated, entrance to the hotel is really off putting, it’s dirty and grubby.
For a 1 night stay it was fine but not a hotel we would want to spend time in, as always you get what you pay for.

The man at reception was not very welcoming no smile or greeting & sounded abrupt.
The bedrooms where hot with no aircon vents or fans.
We had a 2 bedroom apartment. There was 1 small long life milk enough for 1 person, no ice in the freezer or jug for cold water as it was very hot in Perth.
The restaurant was closed down & no shop nearby. Not a great stay.

Immaculately presented but no where for baggage in the room and WHO designed the lighting? Terrible. Dim lights everywhere. Bathroom hopeless as no brighter lights for shaving, make up.
On the plus side top floor bar 1st class.
No response to request for housekeeping.
Slightly disappointed.

The room was lovely, clean and spacious. Unfortunately, on the last day of our stay the drain hole down the side of the toilet was letting out a nasty, fishy smell.
The staff were very friendly and polite. Breakfast was great!!! Drinks at the bar were great and bartender was fantastic.
The pool area was nice but in an awkward place to get to.
