The Hotel is Beautiful!

This is my go to hotel! Do yourself a favor and get the balcony room!

Good area and price; liked the self serve flavored water station and the heater in the bathroom; elevator slow so just took stairs each time

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is a beautiful property with the usual cadre of amenities that come with a top tier Vegas resort. We particularly liked the Sun Club pool area as well as the two large hot tubs. Dining and nightlife options were plentiful and the resort never seemed overwhelmed. Our one sore spot was the spa. We had booked a couples massage weeks in advance, and had an email confirmation. When we arrived for out appt they notified us that one of us had been "rescheduled" to the next day. We hadn't authorized that, nor did they offer any fix to the situation other than "we'll wave the cancellation fee". The situation was very poorly handled by the Spa.

This hotel has a really cool weekend vibe and was a great place to arrive for our stay on a Saturday. Thank you to Starr for a great check-in and Casey in Juniper bar for looking after us. Roof bar in the West Tower has great LA views. Loved the sunken garden for nightime energy and morning coffee. Excellent service, food and drinks. Room was nice overlooking the Hills. Great location to watch downtown LA sunrises, and for walking to Beverly Hills. Would not want to be any nearer to Hollywood as it is all pretty run down. And for balance, shower water pressure could be better and ran cold for 5 minutes before hot arrived. And 5* should provide complimentary water in the room - not everything should be designed to extract your dollars. Overall a very positive experience.
