Daikoku Golf Holidays

It was a great experience. Everyone was respectful, the room was super clean. They provided everything we needed in our room everyday, water, coffee, clean towels... If I come back to Tokyo, I will 100% book this hotel again. I dont exaggerate if I say it was the best ever hotel experience in my life.

Accommodation with a Japanese taste. Clean room and helpful staff. It’s very close to public transportation, and there are many dining options nearby, even if you prefer not to eat at the restaurants inside the hotel.

Absolute everything was perfect except they didnt give up our actual room number. No biggie a phone call and a quick fix. We will be coming to stay again and I've already recommend this property to several friends who are planning to go. Next time we will stay there the entirety of our trip.

Excellent location and facility for business trips

This was our first stay at a Kimpton property and we were underwhelmed. We had a corner suite, which was slick and modern with beautiful views of the city. But we just didn’t feel welcome there. The lobby is tiny and check-in felt rushed and robotic. The “rooftop bar” that is lauded in their literature is equally tiny. When we needed a taxi, there was usually no one around to organize it. And when there was someone outside at valet, we were completely ignored. In fact, one time the valet processed the delivery of a package right in front of us for five minutes, ignoring us until we got between him and the package. For $1000 a night, we expected more. Especially after staying at Dusit Thani Kyoto beforehand (which was exceptional).
