Very clean and Friendly staff my family and i had a great time definitely coming back soon.

Everything is so well done at Royal Hawaiian. I’ve wanted to stay here for decades. No complaints. Expectations exceeded. The staff is a joy and are all cheerful and ready to help.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. House keeping was quick and kind.

Bathroom was a little outdated. Room size was good. 1 elevator was down so had to wait a bit and sometimes the elevator was packed. Great coffee bar and location!

We have been going to the Kahala for many years.. Many of the staff members recognize us from previous visits. Location is perfect.

The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, the gym was excellent, and the amenities were solid overall. Valet parking was a mixed experience—sometimes quick and efficient, other times quite slow. Unfortunately, the room felt noticeably small for a family stay and was a bit cramped. The carpet also didn’t feel particularly clean, which took away from the overall comfort. While we enjoyed several aspects of the hotel, a larger and fresher room would have made the experience much better. Still a decent stay, but the room size and cleanliness left room for improvement.”

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and exactly what we needed for our stay. The location was great; surrounded by ABC stores, Target, and places to eat.
