Great hotel! Very friendly and caring staff, especially toward children. We loved the pool and our room was very comfortable. We loved that we could visit the pool and beach next at their sister hotel Niru! 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a warm, laid back and family atmosphere. Just bring lots of bug repellent because the mosquitos are very much out to get you!
PS we highly recommend the 7 bahias tour, the Cascadas (waterfall) tour, and definitely check out playa la Entrega! It’s very close to the hotel, about a 15 minute drive in a taxi.

I like all the gardens and greenery surrounding the property but I didn’t like having to depend on golf car transportation to our room and back to lobby and restaurants due to how big the hotel is all the rooms are far from pools, beach and restaurants

The property needs a little touch ups it is a nice resort but the walls in some areas are dirty, the live music by hallway was to loud for people that wants to go to sleep early
