Small window with a view better than staring at the wall

The location is terrific. Next to the stations. A lot of dinning & shopping options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Although you can tell the rooms are a little bit of old compared to some other hotels around here, but they do keep the them nice and clean.

I had a great stay at Keio Plaza Hotel in Shinjuku! The room had an incredible view of Mt. Fuji (on clear days) and we could also see the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building’s light show at night, which was such a cool bonus. The location is super convenient — really close to metro lines, tons of shopping, and all the nightlife Shinjuku has to offer. It made getting around and exploring Tokyo really easy. Breakfast was excellent with a nice mix of Japanese and Western options. Whether you’re into traditional Japanese breakfast or prefer something more familiar like eggs and toast, they’ve got you covered. The staff were also amazing — really friendly and helpful the whole time. You can tell they take pride in their service. Definitely planning to stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo. Highly recommend it!

The hotel is in the middle of everything, except is not too loud. You would be surprised. Is a tourist attraction due to Godzilla scripture being at the hotel. Great staff. Ask for the Airport shuttle bus information. Is literally 3-5 mins walk from the hotel. The bus drops you off right in front of the terminal for little to nothing.

there was a tiny hole in our bedsheet but things happen, and the bathroom is only a bit bigger than an airplane’s but it got the job done. you have to order simple amenities like lotion but you can do it on your phone and they deliver it. overall it was fine but i will try somewhere else next time.

This fantastic hotel provides exceptional service and a friendly staff. The full buffet breakfast is an excellent way to begin your day. We also particularly enjoyed the tea time and the tranquil outside areas on the terrace and the third floor. Additionally, there is a currency exchange machine and laundry machines are available.

Tokyo metro was very convenient. I used the metro to get to Asakusa, Shibuya, and Narita airport.
