The hotel location was excellent, with easy access to the train station. The breakfast at this hotel was excellent too. However, the Annex building was lacking proper maintenance. E.g. the air conditioning did not work; the bathroom sink did not drain properly; the carpet was grungy and dirty.

This was a fabulous stay! The service was amazing and fast and the food was delicious! Highly recommend getting the Executive level to take advantage of the lounges and meals. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
