Nice, clean room. Great breakfast. Good location.

We had a suite two levels . Annoyed that bathroom was on lower level and bedroom on upper level,very tasking especially at night . No room service after midnight . Was offered cheese and bread separately to make my own sandwich lol. Don’t expect this from a 5 star hotel .

Our room was surprisingly spacious (a true Parisian unicorn 🦄) with the softest beds, pillows, and sheets—basically the kind of setup that makes you want to cancel sightseeing and just lounge all day. The details here are chef’s kiss: big fluffy towels (not the tiny ones you usually get in Europe), a shower with actual water pressure and perfect temperature, and elevators that don’t leave you waiting an eternity. My kids are still raving about the pool! Such a nice extra when traveling with kiddos. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the Champs-Élysées and countless dining options—yet tucked in a quiet spot so we actually got peaceful nights of sleep. And the staff?
