It was our first time and trust me the vibe and everything was so good specially the staff and vibe the only issue was while checking in they asked for extra money other than mentioned in Expedia that’s it

The property decor was absolutely fabulous. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and provided awesome assistance. Frananda & Fannie, our awesome spa therapists, provided expert care during our massage and body scrub & wrap services. Our Hydrotherapy attendant thoroughly explained the process and made us comfortable, as it was our first time experiencing this service. The dining experiences were extraordinary. The à la carte and buffets were 5-star level. The hostess, waitstaff, and chefs paid attention to every detail, making our dining experiences phenomenal. Our catamaran tour scheduled by Xcaret Travel was an awesome experience. In addition, Karina and Jordan from Premier Travel Club provided a welcoming and great presentation. It feels great to have joined the Family. We will definitely be back at this resort and take advantage of the Premier Travel opportunity.

Really beautiful property, everything felt nice and lux. You can do everything through the app and the bracelet that doubles as your room key is super convenient. I also like that the loungers and daybed are open to all guest and don't require an additional fee. The downsides of our stay were that we didn't get our room serviced until our third day there. And the last day of our stay, we lost access to the app.
