My fur baby and I had a wonderful stay at Fiesta Americana Villas Cancún. The resort is beautiful, super pet friendly, well-maintained, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. A special thank you to Eric, my massage therapist, who gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. His technique was exceptional, and every dollar I spent was absolutely worth it. I’d also like to commend the kitchen team. The food was consistently delicious, and the staff was warm, attentive, and accommodating, making every meal enjoyable. Overall, I would rate this resort 4.5 out of 5 stars. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay, and this trip to Cancún has been a memorable and relaxing experience. I look forward to coming back!

This is the first all inclusive resort my husband and I stayed at many years ago when it was an Omni. Since, we have stayed at “nicer” more expensive resorts. We still come back. The resort is beautiful & clean. The ocean view rooms give you a beautiful view of the ocean & resort. They have THE BEST staff! The spa is great. The beach is well kept. We love all the pools. We have gone with & without our family. My kids are older & now go with their friends & family. Lunch options are better than dinner. Please bring back breakfast at the beach restaurant.

Excellent stay. No issues.

Pillows and sheets had mold on them because it was so humid in my room. I asked for them to replace them and the next day I flipped them over to discover those were molded too! They don’t bother to clean their beach front it’s filled with seaweed so it really takes away from the white sand fantasy I had when I booked the trip. The towels were dingy, looks like they were white years ago but now beige. I had the Lagoon view. The hot water went out completely and a service man came to repair it promptly. Upkeep in general not good. Rusted spots in multiple places, chips in floor tile, stained grounds outside, bad patch jobs on the walls The room was so humid it welted my passport Cheap plastic patio furniture on the patio for the lagoon view room. Steakhouse restaraunt was off the water beautiful view but the fans were broke so it was muggy and my waiter was dripping in sweat , very unsanitary. Servers wear hairnets . The food is actually pretty good for a resort. No top shelf liquor offerings at the bars only cheap well liquor. Not a terrible place but expect a budget friendly experience here. The humidity in the room was absolutely unbearable for me, I considered just finding a nearby place to stay instead but I stuck the wet nights and the molded sheets out. Yuck! Poole also closed at 7pm

The hotel was a bit run down. Definitely needs maintenance and up grades. The staff was awesome though. The food was good. If you are looking for some quiet time this place is a good choice.

The resort has amazing potential; but additional work is needed with the mechanics of the staff and overall property conditions. You'll still have good experiences with individual staff members; while others require additional training. For a brand new resort; they still need to workout the kinks. Once these issues are resolved, it will ne a great resort, some things take time. For brand new built resort, the property is either falling apart or received a shoddy construction job. I would say; it's still worth three visit. Shout out to Oscar at Fonda Santa Monica, Carlos at the Waterpark. There were a couple others but those were the standouts.
